We focus on hardware BMS circuit board manufacturing for lithium battery packs, supporting OEM & ODM customized orders for global customers.
Our SMT workshop adopts automatic placement machines and reflow soldering equipment to ensure stable PCB soldering quality for BMS boards. Strict in-line visual inspection is implemented during production to reduce defective rate.
We have an independent testing lab for BMS function test, overcharge / over-discharge protection test, temperature cycling and aging test. Every batch of finished boards must pass full performance test before delivery.
Standard warehouse area for raw PCB, electronic components and finished BMS boards. Scientific inventory management ensures fast picking and shipment for sample and bulk orders.
